What email is good for
Messages sent to info@enlightcc.com arrive through a HIPAA-compliant service, so they are protected once they reach me. Anything you send from an ordinary email account travels unprotected on your end.
Email works well for scheduling, logistics, and general questions about the practice. Anything clinical is better brought to a consultation, where it can be given the attention it deserves.
