About Enlight
Genuine clarity about yourself, your relationships, and your direction doesn't arrive as instruction. It emerges when you slow down and look closely at what's actually true—often with help in seeing what you couldn't see alone. This is the difference between being enlightened from outside and illuminating your own understanding through active exploration.
This work is grounded in humanistic and existential philosophy, which holds that meaning, identity, and how you choose to live are not peripheral to therapy—they're central. Less interested in labeling what's wrong than in understanding what's driving your experience beneath the surface. When you understand the patterns, the context, the deeper currents, different possibilities become visible.
This approach particularly supports accomplished individuals and couples navigating relationships, life transitions, and the kind of questions that require real thinking rather than quick answers. Whether you're facing a professional crossroads, feeling the distance grow in your partnership, or sensing a need for deeper direction—the work here creates space for genuine exploration and movement toward something that feels true. Sometimes that means addressing real symptoms. Always, it means understanding what's underneath them.

Meet Dan — Coming SoonA Philosophy of Care
There is a thread that runs through every life — a current beneath the surface that connects who you were, who you are, and who you are becoming. Most of us have lost sight of it. Therapy, at its best, is the work of finding it again.
My approach begins with curiosity rather than diagnosis. Rather than arriving at a label, we arrive at understanding — the kind that changes how you see yourself and what feels possible. That shift doesn't come from advice or technique alone. It comes from looking honestly at what's actually true.
This is deliberate, carefully paced work. And it starts with a single conversation.
Areas of Focus
Some of the most meaningful therapy work isn't driven by crisis. It's about understanding yourself more deeply. Together we'll explore what's shaping your experience, what patterns keep recurring, and what it might look like to move through life with greater clarity and intention.
Relationships are the most complex work we do as human beings. Whether you and your partner are navigating a specific struggle, feeling disconnected, or simply wanting to go deeper together, this is a space to slow down, be heard, and find your way back to each other.
The pace of modern life asks more of people than it used to. When stress has become your baseline, burnout has dimmed what used to feel meaningful, or a major transition has left you uncertain of what comes next, therapy offers a rare chance to slow down and find your footing again.
Difficult experiences leave marks that can show up long after the events themselves have passed. I work with individuals carrying the weight of past trauma in a paced, respectful environment, and offer Brainspotting — a powerful body-based approach that helps process what words alone sometimes cannot reach.
How It Works
Request a consult to discuss what's brought you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and whether we're a good fit. This is as much about you getting a sense of my approach as it is about me understanding your needs.
We'll meet in person or via telehealth for a full intake session. This is your space to share your story and begin building a treatment plan tailored to your goals.
Sessions are typically weekly or biweekly. We'll track your progress, adjust as needed, and celebrate the changes — big and small — along the way.
