After helping a wide array of people as a mental health therapist for 25 years, I am now offering coaching to individuals & relationship groups (couples, families, friends, etc).  My areas of expertise include personal development, relationship enhancement, performance and career coaching, stress management, and spiritual guidance.  

My mission as a Life Coach is to empower and inspire my clients to live a life that is authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with their highest values. I believe that everyone has the potential to create positive change in their lives, and I am here to support you on your journey towards personal growth and transformation.

My approach to coaching is rooted in positive & existential psychology, mindfulness, systems theories, and motivational techniques.  I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. I believe that coaching is a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world.
